Tightening feeling under belly button? Has anyone felt this before?

I don't know if I'm pregnant or not. I'm scared I am though but I've been feeling this tightening feeling under my belly button? Does anyone know what this means or has anyone felt this before??

I have twitches and tightening under my belly button, you can get it from exercising, stretching the wrong way or if you've been holding in pee a lot lately. I wouldn't worry about it! But in a few days if it's still happening and you're concerned I would call/see a doctor just to be 100% sure!
