Advice, please?

Question

I'm going to have a pelvic exam in two weeks (to get on birth control) and I'm very scared. I'm really self conscious of myself and this will be my first time having any appointment like this. Does anyone have any tips or anything? Thank you guys.

Just know they have seen it all. That should be one of the easier things to do bc you won't have to see this person more than maybe 3 time in a whole year.

Don't be I was the same way but the doctor I had was very nice and talked to me the entire time so that I would feel comfortable but it's really not as bad as you would think so don't feel that way

You shouldn't be self conscious about your body. You are beautiful in every way! 😊 Don't worry about what anybody thinks. Just go in with your head held high. And like Mrs. Bethaney said, they've seen it all.
