reality check

I thought I had pcos and went to the doctors and had an ultrasound done ... I don't have pcos but I was diagnosed with stage 1 fatty liver . I'm not excessively overweight . I'm overweight but not obese . But this has become a reality check . I'm only 22 ... it's reversible and not dangerous but to me it's scary . I'm getting blood work to make sure it's my weight causing it and not hepatitis or any other disease . But this lit a fire under my arse ... starting in the morning I'm eating healthier , changing my diet and working out .
