Help please!

My period is very late. Like a week and a half late. I have taken four tests (one a Doc's urine test) and all negative. I was recently on the patch for a month (trying to decide if or if not to start TTC) which caused a week and a half long period.  Could it be possible (and this sounds crazy) that I'm pregnant but it's actually early and I just ovulated late? My SO told me he feels like he is seeing signs but I don't know what to believe. Help??
