Braxton hicks.... do they feel like period cramps?

Question

So sometimes I get Braxton Hicks and it contracts my upper abdomen. My upper belly gets really hard for a minute and then stops. But starting today, I have been getting period like cramps in my lower belly, by my pelvis. Still Braxton hicks? I am 33+1.

Braxton hicks don't hurt. They are only uncomfortable. 
If it's period like cramping along with it or back pain it's likely to be contractions. I'd give your doctor or L&D a call and ask them about it

Oh no I'm having the same feeling 😧 33 weeks Friday and I'm confused to if its BH or what?

Same but my cramps are in the middle of my tummy it's just uncomfortable to sit with the cramps so I have to lay down to get some sort of relief doesn't work all the time... I'm also 33 weeks 1 day...
