Anyone out there feeling neutral about this?

First time pregnant. I read all these beautiful posts from women who are so excited about being pregnant, eager to see their belly grow, and I'm just kinda eh about it all. Still early (7 weeks), haven't done ultrasound yet, but also just getting on with my life. Anyone else feel this way? Does this change? When does the excitement kick in?

Once u get to see an ultrasound and HEAR a heartbeat,  it will change. Furthermore,  once the embryo goes up to fetus stage, u will again get more and more excited about it. At 7 weeks and having not seen an ultrasound nor heard a heartbeat, it's normal to feel blahh..
Here's what 6 weeks ultrasound looked like and here's what my 12 weeks ultrasound looked like. At 6 weeks,  we SAW the heartbeat on the screen (too early to hear), at 12 weeks,  my daughter was moving around like crazy...
It will kick in as u progress...by the time u reach 40 weeks,  ur baby WILL BE the love of ur life

I'm 20, with my first baby (surprise for my boyfriend and I) and I felt the same way. People would come up to me, more excited than I was, asking how I felt. But as time went on, and I saw him on the ultra sound screen and then last month we found out he was a boy and it gets more exciting everyday. I'm 24 weeks today, and we're looking forward to meeting our little guy
