Pros? Cons? Has anyone gotten pregnant while on it? What's the worst that can happen? Etc. that kind of stuff

I got it 3 weeks ago. Absolutely love it. No weight gain. No bleeding. No mood swings or cramping. It's great :)

I was on it for 2 years. It worked great for preventing pregnancy (he would finish in me almost every time). BUT it caused a lot of weight gain and they ended up having to remove it. The weight is still there and i cant get rid of it. Most people ive talked to had the same problem
