Does anyone actually like the implant? I just see negative reviews

I love mine!!! I think it's important to keep in mind when looking online is that having a bad experience is much more motivating to make someone post. But if your happy you often don't think about it as much so often people won't post if everything is all good and there isn't really much to report. So I think there is a definite bias towards the negative online.
Mine is great! healed in about a week and knowing how protected i am makes me feel a lot better. No real side effects so far! (1 month in)

Had mine for over a year and I get a period every 3 months or so. No issues except for when I first had it put it, I was super emotional for that first week. Overall, I’ve been ok and it’s been great.

I love mine. I've had it since Dec 2016. Irregular bleeding, but other than that, no complaints and still not preggers!

And I've been on the  implanon for now 7 years

Yes you have to get a new one every 3 years.

For me even tho I'm on the implanon I still get cramps and periods every month, so that hasn't changed.

I get the occasional small pain in he arm but that's apparently normal to get twinges every now and then

I'm also very protective over it cuz I'm scared of It breaking ... but as I've been told it won't break.

You won't get pregnant on it ....  it is the most effective birth control out there.

According to medical documents only way you can get pregnant is if you were close to it like fertile I guess and had sex recently 
Before they put the implanon in .... then their is a chance

But I was a virgin when they put mine in. So I've been safe for now 7 years from pregnancy (  I only  first had sex with my boyfriend only 2 years ago ).

It's a safe protection and proven method if you aren't ready to have kids right away.

Ive had no issues.

I've only had mine for just over a month. Apart from the occasional pregnancy symptoms and feeling a little hormonal occasionally  (no worse than pmt), so far so good.

I'm on my second one now and I haven't had any issues.
My period is super irregular. My first implant (put in 2013) I bled every day for almost 6 months but then it stopped. 
I got my second implant in in October of 2016 and I have only had 2 periods since then

My experience has been awesome, the only negative things I can recall is being emotional in the first week, and it does sometimes pull and feel uncomfortable, not very often though. 
I’ve had it for just over 2 years, will be getting it changed in a year. One big issue with me getting it, was that I’m super duper squeamish. I literally had a panic attack before just shoving my arm to the doctor and saying “JUST DO IT” 😶😂

I love it! The first month of so, I was a horomonal bitch. Plain and simple. But I was also aware of it and able to calm myself down because I knew it wasn't me. After that first month passed, I was doing a lot better and have been ever since. I have periods every twoish months. And I'm having a weird period right now actually, but that's a story for another post haha

I like mine. Its the one birthcontrol that I dont have anxiety about getting pregnant. Also my periods are way lighter amd easier
