Uterine Fribroids

I just found out I have 3 Fibroids have to go back on monday to follow up on these fibroids and my ovarian cyst. My period is late 😟 I took a pregnancy test yesterday came back negative, I feel so depressed I've been trying for years had a miscarriage back in april last year and it was the worst feeling ever. Have any one had fibroids and still became pregnant?
