help please?

My little boy is only 6 months, but he scratches, slaps, kicks and punches people and even goes to try and bite them, and screams in temper, every time I tell him off he just laughs. He doesn't understand the word no yet but what can I do, as he will be going to nursery in a couple months so I can go back to college and I'm worried he will do this to other children
