Milk Supply, HELP
My milk supply seems really really low lately. I am 4 weeks PP. Anytime I pump I only get about 2oz combined. And my daughter always seems hungry even after my breasts feel drained. Is there any way that I could increase my milk supply? I am going to try pumping more often, and I drink plenty of water. I just need other suggestions! Anything helps! Thank you :)
