breast milk.

I need help I'm 5weeks Postpartum and my milk supply has dropped so much I pump and latch her on and I'm only getting 1.z from one breast and 3.z from the other . I need help I'm also taking fenugreek pills I take 4 pills 3 times a day . And it's not helping.
