why can't I lose the weight?!

I've been working out for about two months now. 5 days a week two hours a day. An hour of high intensity cardio and and hour of targeted weight training i typically burn about 1200 calories per session. Eating between 100-1200 calories a day of whole food. My fit bit says I burn around 4200 calories on average a day. WHY have I only lost 4 pounds?! What am I doing wrong? Is there something wrong with me. I watch my sodium so I don't think it's water retention. The numbers just don't make sense.
Only anonymous cause the picture embarrasses me

To Add: I'd say I eat 85% paleo on a daily basis. I do incorporate some grain from time to time.
For my weight 235 and height 5'7" with my workout regimen Fitbit suggests I eat 3000 calories a. That seems insanely high. I never really feel hungry at 1200 calories but I'm willing to try modifying that to see the results. How many calories should I be in taking a day to still lose weight?
See I was thinking metabolic issue since my weight is so high I SHOULD be losing weight even with that caloric intake but I'll look into more calories and see if it makes a difference.
Thanks ladies! A appreciate all your input!
