So I'm on the lowest form of the birth control pill, microgestin. I do have a tough time taking it at the same time everyday, especially when I'm at work. So sometimes I take it really late. Well last Friday out of nowhere I had back pains out of nowhere and what I thought were period cramps. It only lasted a couple hours and then stopped completely. Then for 2 days straight my mouth tasted like metal! My period usually always comes my second week of my active pills (I've been on the pill since September) and my period has not come! I haven't had any cramps at all the past couple of days, and usually after having sex if my period is due it will come faster. But here I am today still no AF and my cervix is really high,and I'm in the process of moving and every time I pull on heavy furniture I start getting light cramps. But as soon as I relax for a bit they go away completely! Could I be pregnant?
