My husband and I are trying to conceive, so I am off of birth control pills for the first time in about 15 years, and off of Spironolactone, which is a daily pill I took to control my acne (have had since childhood). Both "the pill" and the Spironolactone used to work together to keep my acne in check, so without both of them, my acne has been crazy and painful, especially during my period. Also, it looks awful lol! Has anyone experienced this? Have any tips for safe acne control during TTC time and/or pregnancy? Any advice would be very much appreciated- thank you!!
