Is sauna ok when TTC?

I wonder if a hot temperature is ok for an embryo on its first days. Is it normal to go to Finnish sauna before and after ovulation? Will it damage a growing egg or an embryo somehow?

It's not good to do anything like a sauna or hot bath that raises your body temperature if you are pregnant. If you're just TTC right now it's okay. If your partner uses them too much, and on a regular basis, it could be an issue for the sperm.
