So my "little sister" (we've been best friends since childhood and are pretty much related 😂) is a senior in high school this year (I just graduating in 2016) and her prom is coming up next month. She is lesbian and it's been very hard for her to go on dates because we live in a small town with a limited amount of other lesbians. She has never had a date to any dance before, and she most likely won't have one this year. She's thinking about going stag... but that breaks my heart cause I want her to experience prom with a date. I was going to ask her in like this really cute way so she could have that experience; but then I found out it was the same weekend I was leaving on a trip to Vegas with the guy I've been seeing for a few months (which might be really awkward cause we're just barley getting together and we'd be going with a bunch of his friends that don't really like me. Even now when I hang out with him and his friends I always feel excluded and unwelcome) I'm torn as to what I should do. Help???
