Implantation cramping?

So since Tuesday (about 4/5DPO, only used app didn't do bbt so I'm not entirely sure when I ovulated but we had sex every other day for a week and a half to cover the bases) I've been having cramping. It feels like pretty mild period cramps as well as a pulling feeling. Tuesday I also had pretty bad diarrhea all day 🙈. Could this be implantation cramping?
