Leaking breasts?!

I'm only 18 weeks pregnant and today all of the sudden my breasts started to leak 🤔 like a lot in a couple of hours my t-shirt was full of stains. Please tell me I am not alone? What should I do with it?  Should I stimulate it or just leave it be? Scared to get clotting  😐

I'm 19 weeks and this just started yesterday for me as well. I'm not sure what to do with it either lol so I'm just letting it do its thing

You're definitely not alone! I've been leaking horribly since 15weeks. 
Do not stimulate!!! Just let them be. Buy some nipple pads to wear in your bra.

Happened to me at 16 weeks, it's normal, just buy some nursing pads and stuff them in your bra.
