emergency room and pregnancy tests

So I went to the emergency room yesterday because I had a really bad panic attack. They took blood and they did a urine test and when they came back they said my tests were normal and then I wasn't pregnant. But I'm assuming they just took the urine to do the pregnancy test. I have had really bad indigestion which I usually don't get it and I still haven't had a period. If they took blood and everything do you think they would've saw that I was pregnant?
