Tubal???

Question

Has anyone ever had a tubal pregnancy?  If so can the pregnancy test come up negative?

I had a tubal pregnancy last year. My HPT came back positive, all 3 of them. However, my HCG levels did not raise appropriately. Finally around 7 weeks they saw it on the US, done in radiology. Typically, there is pain associated on the side where the tubal pregnancy is, however, I didn't have any until after we saw it on the US. I hope this help.

tubal pregnancy would still raise your hcg levels so you would still get a positive hpt
