Belly Workout While Pregnant
I'm 9 weeks and my belly fat is really starting to bother me. I did Kettlebell Ampd and lost a lot of weight. In November I had surgery and had to wait to get cleared to go back. I got cleared in December, got through the holidays and found out I was pregnant in January. I never made it back to class and I've been walking a ton. I'm a teacher and on my feet and bending all day. I still work out my arms but have been babying my midsection because of the surgery and now because of the baby. Anyone have any good workouts for belly fat? I tried Pinterest but most are for post birth, or...and this might sounds stupid, they're a list of exercises I've never heard of before. I've always carried weight mainly in my belly and now it's really bad with all this bloat. Help if you can!
