Work out people! I have a ?
I have worked out every single day this week, but today I didn't try to do an intense cardio, because I haven't been feeling good. But I did want to do something so I walked about 8 miles. And also the paper shows what workouts I did(lower impact). Did everything for 50secs and did the whole list twice. Do you think I did enough for the day? When I got done I was sore! And my stomach was hurting so I stopped.
