What has worked for you?
TTC for 3 years,
Nothing wrong with my partner or myself expect for my irregular periods due to lack of exercise and poor diet ect ect, I'm not huge, I'm 5'2" and 72kgs, and I'm on a new diet and exercise routine and things are starting to sync back up again.
Sooo what has work for you?
I'm talking about:
-lubes
-positions
-sex on all days of ovulation?
-meditation
-exercises?
-foods...
Anything hahaha
