Is it normal to get some mild uterine cramping along with short twinges from right side, then a while later twinges from left side? I'm supposed to ovulate in two days.   This is my first month off of birth control and I haven't had a normal period in about 6 years.  I feel weird asking because this is what women are supposed to do, right!?!   Right now the uterine cramping is very tolerable but constant. Also I have been exhausted the past 3 days.  Is this normal prior to ovulation?
