Positive OPK but pregnant?

So I accidentally took an ovulation test instead of a pregnancy test and it came out positive,  but AF is expected in 2 days.  . Can you get a positive opk if actually pregnant? ? Sorry still new to all this.

It technically can, but if it shows up on an opk it's more than enough to show up on a hpt so if the hpt is negative then that's not why the opk is positive. Good luck! ✨💖✨💙✨
