Low Lying Placenta

I went for my 20 weeks scan today!!! Baby is healthy & everything is great!! At the end she told me I have a low placenta which they like to see +2.0cm away from cervix and mine is 1.9cm. Very very close to being okay. I'll have another scan at 28 weeks. If nothing changes a csection would have to happen. Dr & sonographer didn't seem concerned and mostly always it moves. Has anyone else had this and it ended up moving and being okay???
