Implant??

Question

So for a while i've been wanting to go on birth control but i've been putting it off because I am considering the implant but i don't know much about it. Finally today I made an appointment at planned parenthood for the birth control but i want to know more bout the effects it hand on other people and how did they're procedure go. Any stories or advise ??

I haven't had a period in 6 months, not pregnant, and I don't have to remember to take a pill every day. it's the best thing I ever did!

I highly recommend them. I'm getting mine replaced in 4 days (which will be my 3rd one). Like the pill everyone's bodies react differently, my periods are irregular and can vary from having nearly a 2 week one or sometimes 2 days, I went a couple months without a period too. It really just depends. But totally worth it.

Some people absolutely hate Nexplanon. I've had mine for two months. I love it, I started spotting seven days after it was placed and it lasted a month and a half. Everyone's body reacts to it differently but irregular bleeding is the most common side effects. For me I don't haven't experienced any side effects other than irregular bleeding

The implant is exactly the same hormonally as the implant i suggest getting one round of it to aee how it affects you then if you like it get the implant. If your body is more sensitive to progesterone you wont like it

I find it amazing. I've had mine for almost a year. I did get one long really heavy period a few weeks after I got it but since then I've been period free!
