I said it helped. I mean who knows for sure but I did acupuncture before and after my transfers. Second time gave me my BFP
 If nothing else it sure did help me relax.

I did acupuncture and practiced acupressure for a few months. She predicted when I'd get pregnant just by how my body reacted and she was spot on. I also had a very, very healthy pregnancy. I regret stopping while pregnant bc I ended up with a c section and know I wouldn't have had I kept going.

If you Google "reflexology point for pregnancy" it should show you two spots behind your ankle bone that you can massage multiple times a day/daily to increase your reproductive organs health. Doing it daily for like a month or so -youll probably end up pregnant if you don't have other complications.

If anything, it helped me to destress which was huge for me! But I did get pregnant about 2 months after I started getting it done routinely. Who knows for sure though?! Can't hurt!

I have not done acupuncture but I do go to the chiropractor and I got pregnant after 3 months. I have suffered from pcos for years.
