How do use manange to leave the house ?

Does anyone suffer anxiety? And have trouble leaving the house with bub? Im fine on my own im fine if my husband is with me (depending where we go and how long for) but on my own ive gone out maybe 8 times in 7 months. Really struggling to leave the house and its just such an effort and i. So tired all the time.

Hey! I have anxiety and depression. Single with two young babies 2 years old and 6 months
At first I just kinda went out close to home like maybe a local shopping centre or lake to walk around but sometimes I still get that feeling. Today I had that anxious feeling as I planned to head out to the shops but I pushed myself to do it and once I was out I was feeling fine

I would have bc i struggled with anxiety before i was ever pregnant and my hormones actually started dropping off before i gave birth and i started struggling with depression and anxiety while i was still pregnant, towards the end, they had to induce my contractions bc i think i did not have enough hormones to carry me through the entire pregnancy.  However, I recognized the hormone drop and got the placenta encapsulation.  Cannot say enough good things about it, they're worth they're weight in gold, seriously, makes you able to go out as much and as often as you want.  I took my baby out with me by myself all the time.  But I would not have been able to do this without the pills, it made me actually capable of taking care if ny newborn without crying constantly.  The female placenta encapsulated actually contains 15 out of the 17 hormones you have during pregnancy.  Highly recommend it to any soon to be mom out there.

Same here, my husband goes back to work tomorrow and I'll have to walk up to the school with bubs by myself to get the kids and I'm honestly dreading it! 🙁

I still struggle with this and my LO is two months now. My husband has to force me sometimes to go out with baby. I get so anxious that she'll be fussy or it'll just be a stressful experience, but most of the time she's perfectly fine. I understand your struggles, though. You've just got to push through those feelings. You'll feel so much better/more normal once you start going out.

I struggle. My hubs and I try to take her out 2x a weekend no matter what. When I'm alone with her I just try my best and go into the place no matter if she is crying. If she doesn't stop in 5 sometimes I do just leave.
