10 weeks.. and nothing...

I'm getting kind of worried. Did/does any other momma's have/had little to no symptoms. With my first I was puking till 16 weeks and with #2 nothing except a little stretch/bloat here and there. I'm worried due to history of miscarriage over the last 4 years of trying... Pleeeeaaasee help! I feel so alone! Seen baby at 9.1.. HB was 168/170. but still nervous!
