birth control help
So I'm hoping to get on birth control, I have bad peirods (I throw up, my cramps are severe and it last 5-7 days) and just for protection but I was wondering what brands y'all recommen? I would like to get an iud but I would also like to hear y'all's expirences with other forms:)
