should I eat protein after a workout
I usually work out around 8 at night so I have my mom to watch my son wh ile I go run and do cardio and by the time I get back I just want to go to sleep but this is the second time I woke up with a headache
I eat a lot of protein befor I work out so idk if I need to eat it before or after
