I'm 11 weeks and noticed shortness of breath - any one else had or having ?

So lately I have noticed just climbing stairs leaves we short of breath and silly little things - does any one else have this ? Or been through it ?

I'm 11 weeks! I've noticed this too! I dread walking up stairs 😂 I tried to avoid it 😂

get used to it. I'm 26 weeks and it's terrible, to the point i can't even talk on the phone without breathing like an 600lbs woman running

I just hit 10 weeks and I've been feeling it like crazy!  I'm like noooo it's to early to feel this way!  Lol

Yes. I think there was an article on here recently about it. Something to do with your body needing 20% more oxygen now to support baby building so stuff that used to be easy is essentially 20% more taxing. And then gets worse as baby gets bigger because 1. Needs more oxygen and 2. Baby pushes on your innards and puts pressure on your diaphragm and makes you feel like you can't get a good breath.

Totes normal. And annoying.
