antibiotics in early pregnancy

I have been on augmentin and amoxicillin for weeks 4-5 and will be on it another 10 days so I'll have been on this weeks 4-7 ish of my first trimester due to a sinus infection. Does anyone know if this is ok or any experience with this? I'm worried being on them so long and so early.
