That's a really good angle you would definitely be able to see a tiny weenie if it was a boy. I think you're safe in telling people she's a girl!

If you CAN, get a 3D to be sure. The next two photos I'm posting are the same baby, girl at 18 weeks boy at 22. Ended up he was pulling on his scrotum for the girl ultrasound! Stranger things have happened and your ultrasound is honestly too blurry to tell, hopefully they just gave you a bad picture and had better ones analyzed by the doctor!

Just to show you how easily these things can be screwed up! The girl ultrasound is so much clearer... but he had boy genitals tucked somewhere!
