So I've been having some cramps that tell me I need to poop but I only had baby yesterday and I'm still very swollen and in pain from stitches. I have no idea what the back end is doing as I can't really reach to have a check.

I'm too scared too poop as sitting on the toilet alone is really uncomfortable I know I should man up and get it done but I just don't want the pain or stress of it! The midwife suggested holding a cold wet pad on my vagina and apply a little preasure while I try to pass poop anyone try this and helped?
