Likelihood of pregnancy?

So my boyfriend and I had sex two days ago. After he had ejaculated, when he pulled out, the condom had remained inside of me. My period should be coming within the next few days, but I fear that waiting for a potential missed period will do no good. How likely is pregnancy? Will Plan B still be somewhat effective?
