Miscarriage blues!

I started spotting at 10w3d and knew something was not right when my husband and I went for the u/s there was no heartbeat baby stopped growing at 8w5d, I am going through a natural m/c at home, extremely emotional and lots of pain! This was my first pregnancy and I just feel so defeated, sad, and incompetent! Is there anyone else going through a similar experience?
