Morning sickness still

Anyone else still suffering morning sickness? I'm 15+2 and it seems to get worse, even when I cough I start heaving. Soon as I pulled up outside my house yesterday I got out the car and threw up everywhere, I'm struggling in the warmth as it makes me feel worse but can't turn off the heating cause I get too cold. Any tips on how to ease morning sickness? I never had it this bad with my other 3
