No period for 7 weeks and Negative Pregnancy tests

Hi all!!

I really need some advice! Been off BC since November and have always had regular periods! I had one in January (7th) like clockwork however since then I haven't had another period! All tests show negative and I don't really know what to do! Any advice would be great!!!
