Is this a yeast infection? Lower abdominal pain

Hardly any itch and just pain with pee in lower left abdomen.

I find that yeast infections are usually an itchy and burning feeling whereas UTI's are more of a pain during urination and a frequent need to go, sometimes without much actually coming out! If you're unsure see a doctor, they always say not to self diagnose unless you're sure and have experienced it before as the two are easy to confuse!

When I had a yeast infection I thought it was a UTI because I was swollen down there, it itched really bad and when I peed it burned so bad I would shake. So, I went into the E.R and that's how I found out it was a yeast infection and that I was pregnant at the same time, talk about surprised.
