Please help

So my last period was on the 8th and my next one is supposed to be around the 7th of march. On the 23rd I bled for an hour and stopped completely and now today on the 24th I started to bleed again. My cycle is usually 28 days but my last 3 have only been 16 days apart I'm not sure why.
