What are pregnancy do's and dont's?

Just found out I'm pregnant and I want to know what not and what to do.

Congrats, well firstly start taking a prenatal if you haven't already. Don't drink alcohol don't do drugs (duh lol) eat lots of fresh fruit n vegies and lots of water. Make a doctors appointment :)

Buy the book what to expect when expecting, it will tell you all you want to know.   But really the biggest thing is get a good doc that you can talk to and will talk to you, drink LOTS of water, and try to eat healthy, and get a prenatal .

No alcohol, no smoking, talk to your doctor about possible heavy metals in fish, talk to your doctor about caffeine intake.

Do: healthy workout routine, eat healthy with lots of vegetables, minerals, protein, folic acid.

I'm sure there is a lot more.  It's time for a conversation with your doctor and it's time to pick up some books on pregnancy.
