implantation bleeding??

I'm not due until March 1st. I ovulated around Feb 11th and had spotting since Monday. Sometimes it's a little heavier but never need a liner or tampon. The blood is anywhere from light pink/red to brown. No clots.
I was devastated on Monday because I thought af visited me. but she still hasn't come full blown yet. Again. not really due until March 1st. Could this be implantation bleeding or a very whacky period? any input is greatly appreciated!
