I'm in desperate need of help! So I'm the breadwinner in my family(My husband is focusing on school and still has 8 more years). I work a minimum of 50 hours a week and am always on call. Due to these hours I don't have much time with my family but if I cut my hours i wouldn't be able to keep up the lifestyle iv made for my family and myself as well as continuing to help put my husband through school. Do any of you lovely ladies have any tips on how to keep up with your family while working a fast pace job? Please don't think I'm being selfish for not giving up my hours but I want to provide the best life possible for my son and husband. I just want to know how you manage to balance it all out because lord knows I'm struggling!
