HELPPP PLEASEE ASAPP

I'm panicing . My bf and I had sex and the confom broke. I took Plan B the next day but the first time I took Plan b was last month because of the condom breaking and I had bleeding the next week. I haven't had any bleeding for the second time but I have watery discharge. My period is in 5 days ... can anyone help me and should I be panicking ?
