so confused !!

Did an answer opk test today and it was negative very faint line & then in the afternoon I took another one using clear blue adv. ovulation kit and that was low fertility.i took out the test to throw it out and it was the same also a faint line on it.

I had like tacky cm and now I kept feeling wet down there and I went to the restroom and saw clear cm on the toilet paper , it did stretch a little bit .

Would it be my bfs sperm from yesterday or just regular cm ????

Edit : I'm on cycle day 10 bearly .
