So I've been really constipated for the past two days ,every time I feel like I have to go I know some things trying to come out but it doesn't and I will be on the toilet for half and hour and nothing comes out so I have to force whatever doesn't come out back in and hope that it'll all come out the next time around but it hasn't ...I've been constipated for two days ...does anyone know anything I can do to make myself be able to go because I don't have pepto bismal
