Story of my life. It happens to me with every shoe. I need to wear thick socks or bandaids over the area so my shoe won't cut into my skin & get blisters.

Are your shoes new? If they are they might just need to be broke in. I wear mine around the house that way I'm not slowly loosing them up a bit. I've gotten plenty of blisters from new shoes 🤷🏼‍♀️

Blisters. It could be the fit of your shoes allowing them to rub up & down every step, or it could be caused by sweat or other moisture.
